ZEN Coaching is an experiential learning consultancy that helps organisations develop the people skills that make a real difference at work. We work with organisations to develop leaders, managers and emerging talent through realistic, practical experiences.
Rather than simply talking about how people should behave, we give them the opportunity to practise — to have the difficult conversation, give the feedback, handle the challenge and try again.

Tim Samuels founded ZEN Coaching in 2019. With over 15 years of experience as a corporate roleplay trainer and actor, along with his time as a manager in both the private and public sectors, he has cultivated a profound understanding of how experiential learning resonates in everything we do.
